Remarkably, SECAM to PAL converters need only to be Analogue devices, but they will also allow recording of the conversion too. Ideally, you would want a converter which will convert composite as well as S-video. This is one of the easiest conversions to make and is perfect for anyone with a SECAM Satelite reciever pushing it's signal onto a PAL TV, you would ordinarily get a Stable Black and white picture without a converter. With the converter you will get identically the same picture but in full colour.
Other uses would be for terrestrial SECAM channels being converted to be watched on a PAL TV but a common mistake is made here, you need a SECAM tuner first to define the channels. The cheapest way around this is to buy a SECAM VCR ( Second user would be okay, as long as it has a remote to turn over the channels) and use the Tuner in that to convert the signal to AV then the signal can easily be converted to PAL.

Please ensure that you pack the product in a way that would survive the transport from you to us. It's always best to use a trusted courier for this task, especially if it's a conversion of special importance to you. So send it recorder delivery at the very least. We will process your order, it normally takes 48 hours but in particularly busy times could be longer. We will tell you the approx turn around time if it's going to be longer than 48hours.
